Cancelation Policy:
At Rejuvenation Station, our commitment to a seamless experience extends beyond the office, impacting not only our schedule but also the livelihood of our team. To address the effects of forgotten or canceled appointments, we've implemented the following policy.

In order to facilitate this process, we kindly request all clients, new or established, to provide a credit card on file, ensuring secure and confidential processing.

Cancellation Fees:
Notifications made 48 hours prior to the appointment will not incur a charge.

Late cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will result in the following fees:
- Injection appointments (e.g., B12): $20
- IV services, chemical peels, Glo2Facial appointments: $50
- Neuromodulator (Xeomin and Jeuveau), filler, IPL, SkinPen microneedling, Radiofrequency microneedling: $100
- Combination appointments (e.g., neuromodulators and filler, filler for multiple areas, SmoothGlo, neuromodulator or filler plus IV): $150

After the first late cancellation or no-show, the fee will be applied to the next completed appointment. For two or more occurrences, the patient may be subject to paying the full service price per management's discretion. Future appointments may also require payment in full upon scheduling.

Your cooperation is not only valued but crucial, as late cancellations and no-shows directly impact our ability to provide for our families and maintain the quality of service you deserve.

Late Arrival Policy:
For an optimal experience, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to complete paperwork. If issues cause lateness, please inform us. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or canceled appointment if time is insufficient for the procedure, and late cancellation fees may be incurred.

Refund Policy:
At Rejuvenation Station, our commitment to discussing treatment objectives and potential outcomes remains unwavering. Our refund policy is outlined as follows:

- Services purchased are non-refundable.
- Unused service values (cash value for the remaining amount) can be applied to other services.
- Skin care product sales are final.
- Injectable treatment sales (e.g., B12, dermal fillers) are final; no refunds or credits post-treatment.
- Late cancellation and no-show fees will not be refunded.

Please note that these policies are subject to change, and updates may occur. We work hard to bring you the best results possible and are continuously learning in this ever-evolving field. Given the nature of aesthetics, where responses vary, payments are for treatments performed, not guaranteed results.
